Action 1: Demand Your Rep Support Impeachment
The Mueller report confirms what we've already learned:
Russia launched huge attack on our election to elect Trump
US law enforcement investigated that attack
Trump corruptly tried to derail that investigation & tried to cover up that effort
Trump abused his authority, violated the law, and tried repeatedly to obstruct justice. These are impeachable offenses. If Attorney General William Barr has proven anything, it's that he's a political operative whose priority is protecting Trump, not our democracy. It's up to Congress to do what Barr will not.
Barr and Trump are also blocking ALL oversight. With control of the House, Democrats should use their investigatory power to begin investigations into whether Donald Trump has committed crimes that would justify his impeachment. Rep. Rashida Tlaib's resolution is a good step forward.
Call your member of Congress (MoC) and tell them to co-sponsor Rep. Rashida Tlaib's resolution (H.Res. 257) and begin investigating whether Trump should be impeached.
Script: Hi, my name is [NAME] and I’m a constituent from [zip code] and a member of Indivisible. I'm calling Rep. [NAME] to urge them to support impeachment hearings immediately and demand that they cosponsor Rep. Rashida Tlaib's resolution (H.Res. 257) that would instruct the Judiciary Committee to begin investigating whether Trump should be impeached.

Action 2:Anti-Pipeline Training 5/4-5
The Promise to Protect is a commitment to resist fossil fuels where you live and prepare to take creative action along the Keystone XL pipeline route when called upon by Indigenous leaders. With millions of dollars being poured into fossil fuel projects each year and TransCanada planning to begin pipeline construction this June, we must be ready to mobilize and fight back to protect the land, air, and water. Construction may be delayed, but we know that fossil fuel companies like TransCanada will stop at nothing to build their dirty projects.
This training will educate, empower, and elevate the voices and skills of community members to take back their land and push out extractive oil and gas companies. After the training, community members will be equipped with the knowledge and support necessary to organize their own actions to stop the fossil fuel industry and be prepared to take action on the route of Keystone XL if invited by Indigenous leaders. RSVP now to save your spot.
This tour is historic. Never before have native and non-native allies come together to build power in this way. This is an exciting opportunity for those who are committed to stopping the Keystone XL pipeline and ending the development of fossil fuels in their communities.
