"What in the heck is this?" said Senator Durbin in response to reading the Green New Deal.
Senator Durbin and Senator Duckworth need to know that cosponsoring the Green New Deal is NON-NEGOTIABLE. Join Sunrise Chicago in opening the eyes of our Senators to the severity of the climate crisis at today’s rally. Please join us in this crucial fight!

Action 3: Write a Letter to the Editor Against Trump’s Fake Emergency
Letters to the Editor might not seem like the flashiest way to get your member of Congress' attention. But there’s something about a sharp Letter to the Editor in a hometown paper that can really get under the skin of the most powerful lawmaker. As it says in the original Indivisible Guide, taking control of the narrative is a critical piece of winning any policy fight -- a letter to the editor does just that.
