Thursday, October 10 -  Volunteer for Sean Casten / Impeachment Daily / Wisconsin-to-Win 2020 Train

Actions You Can Take Today

Action 1: Volunteer for Rep. Sean Casten on 10/12-13

Representative Sean Casten has been a leader for Indivisible values since he displaced the GOP and won 2018... Going on record to hold Trump accountable and holding multiple town halls with his constituents whether they agree with him or not.

He needs thousands of signatures to secure his place on the ballot next year. To show him we have his back, Team Casten wants to put him over the top before the first anniversary of his election! All in two short weeks. Are you with us?

Sign up for a volunteer slot on October 12 and 13 in Downers Grove, Arlington Heights, Lombard, Deer Park, and Fox River Grove. At-home phone banking shifts also available.

Action 2: Impeachment Daily Video Series

The Mueller report confirmed what we already knew: Trump abused his authority, violated the law, and tried repeatedly to obstruct justice. Now, Trump has been accused by multiple whistleblowers of asking leaders of foreign governments to interfere with our election system by digging up dirt on his political opponents. Donald Trump is a criminal. These activities are impeachable offenses. And he himself has admitted to them, openly, on camera.

Although a formal impeachment inquiry is underway, the daily twists and turns can be overwhelming to try and keep up with. That’s why Indivisible launched the Impeachment Daily video series on YouTube. Every day, Director of Democracy Policy Meagan Hatcher-Mays will be recording a video with everything you need to know to make a difference in the impeachment fight.

Get caught up now on the Impeachment Daily video series.

Action 3: Wisconsin-to-Win 2020 Train with Indivisible on 10/19

Kenosha County is an absolutely critical ‘swing county’ in the ultimate swing state. Working with Kenosha County Democrats, Indivisible Chicago will be knocking on doors to educate residents about the importance of voting Democratic on Saturday, October 19. This data will be critical to 2020 Presidential Election efforts.

Join Indivisible Chicago for this day of action on Saturday, October 19. Feel free to join the group taking the Metra train to Kenosha, or drive yourself.
